She took cupcakes to school to share with her friends and of course we had cake after dinner. She enjoyed the multiple renditions of Happy Birthday. She looks very sweet in her new birthday dress and hot pink patent shoes. She cannot make a 2 with 1 hand, but certainly gets the job done with 2! Here are some pics from her special day. Happy Birthday Celia! Maiya is right behind you on turning 2! And I still wish we could've traveled together so you two could've met in China.
We have our first b-day celebration this weekend with one side of our family, and next weekend we'll have a special dinner with friends on Saturday, then will spend Mother's Day with Grandma and Grandpa to celebrate again! Nothing like having a 2-year-olds birthday last for two straight weeks! I have a feeling this will be the routine for years to come!
